Swaggie

Handsome young male koala Swaggie made two separate visits to Koala Gardens in 2020. In August he tried waltzing Matilda who was having none of it.

He may have had an eye on the Koala Gardens ladies again during his visit in October, but colony male Bullet soon sent him packing.

Hopefully after his adventures at Koala Gardens he found a good home and fathered joeys.

Swaggie is holding onto a narrow tree stem with both feet and his left front paw. He is reaching behind him with his right arm to grasp some leaves. His head is tirned to the right as he selects which leaves he wants to eat.

There is some great video Swaggie and the Koala Gardens colony on YouTube. He appears in the Koala Gardens Happenings for 2020.

Facing to camera, Swaggie is asleep in a multi -stemmed tree fork. He is holding his feet with his front paws, his head is resting on his arms. His eyes are closed.
Facing left and looking over his left shoulder to camera, Swaggie is sitting in the fork of a tree surrounded by leaves. He is looking slightly downwards. His dark nose and which chin contrast with his grey fur. His eyes are slightly open, he looks relaxed.
