I’m passionate about koalas and helping people understand what amazing wild animals they are and what a rich and complex life they live in the wild. I do enjoy people visiting.

All visits to Koala Gardens need to be done by prior arrangement. Koala Gardens is a private property and I do have to work a job to earn a living, and looking after the property is a huge time commitment.

If you are going to be traveling through Tuckurimba and would like to book a tour privately you can contact me by TEXT MESSAGE only. This can be done through a phone text or a WhatsApp text. Click on the map below to view on larger map and the phone number is available through Google maps information.

As much notice as possible is appreciated so that I can be prepared and be sure I have located koalas to see.

24 hours notice is the minimum. Please be aware that this will not guarantee you a tour as I can’t always rearrange my commitments. Notice of one week or more is really appreciated.

Tours cost $30 per person with a minimum total tour cost of $60. The tour lasts for around 1.5 hours.

You must wear sturdy, covered shoes. You need to be able to walk for an hour or so over forest ground, as this is all natural bushland on a hill.

It is a good idea to bring hat, binoculars, water, insect repellant.

If all that works for you we will have a fantastic time and you will see things most Australians don’t even see.
